This past Monday at the school board meeting, the Technology Department for West Noble School Corporation was the Spotlight, showcasing not only the roles of the five whom work within, but some of the programs and perks that help our students and staff function at a high level, in and out of the classroom. Congrats to director Mike Burke and his staff on being March's Spotlight on Success!

Long takes over for two-time defending champion Mrs. Eash as the school's chili champion, and was happy to hoist the hardware for a photo opp this morning.

Staff member Amy Church provided private donations to each of the music, choir and Theatre33 programs at West Noble. Church, a veteran of marching band herself, was happy to present the checks to each of the program directors - Sarah Sponseller for choir, Chris and Moorea Douglas for band, and Nic Weimer for Theatre33.
Thank you to Amy for her generosity!
If you haven't already heard, the Charger Fishing Club is back in session this spring, open to any WNMS student (grades 5-8). It's free to join, and odds are good you'll reel in a fish!
All fishing will take place at the pond on the middle school campus and will be supervised at all times.
If interested, pick up a form at the WNMS main office or find Mr. Schermerhorn. Those who fished in the fall and wish to fish again this spring are already good to go!
If parents have questions, you can contact Mr. Tim Schermerhorn at schermerhornt@westnoble.k12.in.us

The clinics are set for Saturdays (see dates on the graphic), which will have both the girls and boys clinics active for kids in second through seventh in girls and second through eighth in boys. All clinics will be held at West Noble High School. Registration cut-off is April 6.
For more information, see the graphic or contact coach Alison Mead at alison.m.mead@gmail.com

More daylight is coming!

Get after it!

That said, West Noble's choir students joined together Wednesday evening at Charger Hall to perform from the series "Weather of All Kinds". The sixth, seventh and eighth grade choirs all did a two-song sampler, followed by the high school for a tune before everyone joined together to close the show with a mashup of 'Over The Rainbow' and 'What a Wonderful World'.
Very fun to see all of the choirs come together in one performance, and bravo once again to choir director Sarah Sponseller for her direction and leadership!
